On what basis is this processing based?

I process your personal data on the basis of the consent you have given (e.g. if you give me permission to send invitations to events or newsletters), the execution of the agreement (e.g. when processing and sending a product or service ordered by you on my website), a legal obligation on grounds of a legitimate interest (e.g. to improve my website). With regard to the latter basis, I not only look carefully at what that interest is, but I also weigh up this interest against the privacy interests of my clients. If you have given permission for the processing of your personal data, you can always withdraw this consent by sending me an email (see the contact information in this Privacy Policy). The withdrawal of your permission does not affect the lawfulness of the processing up to the time of the withdrawal.

Will your personal data be shared with third parties?

I only share your personal data with other parties if this is necessary for the performance of my work. This includes software suppliers or parties that manage my website and store the data. If I engage third parties, I will make the necessary written agreements with them about the processing and security of your personal data.

How is your personal data protected?

I take organisational and technical precautions to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss and any form of unlawful processing. I periodically assess whether the existing measures are still appropriate or whether additional or different measures are needed.

How long will your data be stored?

I do not store your personal data any longer than necessary for the purposes for which I use your personal data. Below you can see the retention periods that I use in case you no longer use my services.

Based on the GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data I collect and to correct personal data that contains factual inaccuracies. In addition, you can also submit requests to delete personal data, to restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to the processing of your personal data.
