Walk and Talk Coaching offers a gentle, natural space to process what you’re experiencing – outside, in motion, and in conversation.
Why Walk and Talk?
Unlike traditional coaching in an office or online, Walk and Talk sessions take place outdoors – usually in [insert your local nature area or park]. Walking side-by-side makes it easier to open up, reflect, and breathe. It’s grounding, energizing, and often surprisingly effective.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, in transition, or just in need of perspective, walking together creates space for:
Gaining clarity on your next steps
Reducing stress and overwhelm
Processing feelings of homesickness or identity shift

How It Works
🕒 Sessions last 90 minutes
📍 We meet at Haarlemmermeer or Amstelveen
☔️ In case of bad weather, we will be walking outside under an umbrella
💬 Sessions can be held in English or Dutch
No special gear required – just comfortable shoes and a willingness to explore and enjoy the outdoors.
